ShooterBoi Contest Rules
The Sponsor of this Competition is Phrixion Publishing.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Competition is open worldwide to anyone who is at least 16 years of age as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors and their families of the following are ineligible to enter or win: Phrixion Publishing, and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies of each of them. Employees and their families of Phrixion Publishing's advertising and promotional agencies are also ineligible to win.
2. The Competition begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on February 1, 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST February 28, 2008. Entries submitted after 11:59 p.m. on February 28, 2008, are ineligible to win. You can only enter this Competition by sending your entry by the following methods: (1) note the-icekat with a link to your work on Deviant Art, (2) email with a link to contest@phrixion-publishing.com, (3) note to IceKat on y! gallery with a link, (4) note to IceKat on Fur Affinity with a link. You must include both an image and the accompanying recipe. Multiple entries are accepted. All entries must be completed and submitted online. No other methods of entry will be accepted.
3. You acknowledge and agree to abide by the Terms of Service and to the Fan Art Policy of Phrixion Publishing .
4. You acknowledge and agree the likeness of any characters and logos owned by Phrixion Publishing is owned exclusively by Phrixion Publishing and is provided to you solely for the purpose of inclusion in your submitted Entry. You shall acquire no copyright or other ownership of the Image as the result of its incorporation into your Entry. You are not granted any rights in the Image, Entry or any Phrixion Publishing intellectual property. Your violation of any of these provisions or your unauthorized or improper use of the Image shall entitle Phrixion Publishing to pursue all legal and equitable rights and remedies, including, without limitation, its right to injunctive relief.
5. You hereby grant Phrixion Publishing, and its respective successors and affiliates a perpetual and irrevocable, exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license in all rights, titles and interests of every kind and nature now or hereafter known in your, including but not limited to (1) all copyrights and trademarks therein, (2) the right of reproduction of the Entry in any and all media whether now known and/or hereafter devised, in whole or in part, (3) the moral rights of artists in the Entry in whole or in part, and (4) all rights of manufacture, merchandising, recordation, reproduction, translation, adaptation, display, and exhibition of the Entry in whole or in part and the right to make modifications thereto and derivatives thereof, in any and all media whether now known and/or hereafter devised and by any and all means or methods. Pursuant to this license, Phrixion Publishing,its licensees, and their respective successors and assigns shall be entitled to and shall solely and exclusively have the right to exploit throughout the world all rights in the materials you prepare with respect to the Entry together with the rights generally known as the "moral rights of authors" in and/or to any proceeds of your services with respect to the Entry, including but not limited to the right to add to, subtract from, arrange, revise, adapt, rearrange, and make variations of the Entry, and to use all or any part of the Entry in new versions, adaptations, derivative works, prequels, and sequels in any and all languages, and to obtain copyright therein in the name of Phrixion Publishing. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that Phrixion Publishing, its licensees, and their respective successors and assigns shall have the right to freely sell, license, assign, and otherwise transfer any and all of the rights granted by you to Phrixion Publishing hereunder, and to exercise all such rights in connection with any advertising, publicity, promotional materials, and distribution rights in connection with your submitted Entry.
6. Phrixion Publishing is not responsible for human error, computer hardware or software malfunction, Internet connection or transmission problems or failures, or Internet traffic congestion, which may affect an entry or attempted entry. Phrixion Publishing in its sole discretion may modify or terminate this Competition prior to the stated ending date and time if technical difficulties prevent or delay the running of the Competition or due to fraud,security, or other causes beyond Phrixion Publishing’s control. All entries must be completed and submitted personally by the entrant. Collection of personally identifiable information will be made pursuant to Phrixion Publishing’s Online Privacy Policies.
7. The merchandise Prizes are as outlined above. Winners will be chosen after 11:59 p.m. on February 28, 2008, from eligible submissions by a panel compromised of Phrixion Publishing employees.
The Prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent, except as indicated above. The Prize cannot be exchanged or returned for cash. Taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Phrixion Publishing reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of comparable value or cash, but substitution of the Prize by the winner is prohibited. If the winner cannot be notified by email or does not accept the Prize within three (3) days after the Prize is awarded, the Prize will be forfeited and a runner up may be awarded the Prize.
8. By entering this Competition, you consent to Phrixion Publishing’s use of your name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If you are the winner, Phrixion Publishing may require you to furnish proof of identity, address, and birth date as a condition to awarding the Prize to you. Phrixion Publishing may also require you to sign (i) an agreement releasing Phrixion Publishing from all liability in connection with personal injury or death, damage, theft, or loss in connection with the Competition and the acceptance, receipt, possession, or use of the Prize, and (ii) a publicity release, unless prohibited by law, permitting Phrixion Publishing to advertise your name and state of residence. If you are the winner and you’re under the age of 18, your parent or guardian must also sign such agreements and releases. Failure to present such proof or sign such additional releases within three (3) days after notification by email will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, which may be awarded to a runner up.
9. Phrixion Publishing will announce the winners at http://www.phrixion-publishing.com and in other online venues by March 3, 2008, and will ship the prizes on or before April 30, 2008, to the winners' mailing address except where unforeseen events result in delay.
10. By participating in the Competition, entrants and their parents or legal guardians agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Phrixion Publishing, which are final in all matters relating to this Competition.
11. The Cock Ring Preturnatural Adult Entertainment Club is a trademark and copyright of Phrixion Publishing, registered in Canada, the U.S. and other countries.
