Phrixion Publishing is a Toronto-based partnership between the real-life couple Heather Thompson and Chelsey Peterson. Along with the help of some very dear role play friends and wonderful writers/artists, they began plotting Phrixion Publishing early in 2007. It should be mentioned that 'Phrixion' is a nickname of the succulent character, Phrixus Romana, the acclaimed 'porn faerie.' The name seemed appropriate for such an endeavor.

Heather is a lifelong student and entrepreneur, achieving a BFA from York University in design and art history, and was Valedictorian of her Youth Entrepreneurship Program at IEE. You can bet that at any given moment she's either working out a story, artwork or marketing gimmick, or she's plotting world domination through yaoi and furry hotness. She is a neophyte of a public wiccan temple in Canada, and has far too many hobbies and interests for her own good. Studio Ghibli anime movies make Heather deliriously happy, and she is still in the process of sampling all the awesome anime series out there to be had. She loves leopardprint, big cats, dragons, pretty boys, dark music, glowy things, tribal fusion belly dance and powertools.

Chelsey Peterson: Assistant Editor, Artist, Writer, Chief Stirrer of RP Strife, Professional Muse
Chelsey still hasn't decided what to be when she grows up, or if she intends to grow up at all. Ever. In the meantime this Iowa-born muse is the designer of TCR, plotter of doom, and the person who lured Heather into the world of elaborate RP on Furcadia. She is the inspiration for long RP sessions, and co-conspirator in much dreaming, scheming, and long-distance plotting. If you ever call her, don't ask to talk to Phrix... He's likely to show up on the other end of the phone. >.> Chels likes butterflies, light-up things, long hair, pretty boys, chocolate, chinese food and tacos... in various combinations.

Heather and Chelsey were married in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on July 12, 2008. Currently they reside there together with three kittens (Poet, Parsa and Morningstar) whilst plotting for TCR and other Phrixion projects.
